During the discovery call, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and delve into your goals and coaching needs in detail.
We will explore your expectations to ensure your comfort and engagement in our work together, as well as identify your priorities.
Additionally, this session serves as a chance for me to explain the coaching process, my approach with clients, and address any questions you may have.
In essence, the discovery call is a conversation, not a sales pitch. The focus will be on discussing your current situation and how coaching can assist you on your journey.
A few days after our discovery session if you are interested in working together, you will receive from me a coaching proposal with generally 2 options from you to choose from so you have more flexibility.
My ask will be for you to think through our discussion and to come back to me after a week or our agreed timeframe with your decision or not to move forward.
The decision is entirely up to you and I have to say I will never be forceful into getting someone to sign-up an engagement with me. I simply dislike it personally so much when others do this to me that I can assure you this will not happen.
My goal is to support you drive the change you need never to force you into anything.
The discovery call requires no commitment or engagement from your side. This call is free of charge.
You can book a discovery call via Calendly, and my only request is for you to attend the call you have booked. Please check you have received and accepted the Calendly invitation, as it may sometimes go to the Junk Email folder.
After our discovery call, the decision to start a coaching engagement is entirely up to you. I want to emphasize that I will never pressure anyone into signing up for any type of engagement with me. Personally, I strongly dislike when others use forceful tactics, and I can assure you that this will NOT happen. My goal is to support you in driving the change you need – never to push you into anything.
I have two package offers available:
For all other coaching offerings such as ‚Time for a new Beginning,. ‚Time to Be on Top of the Game,‘ or any Executive/Career coaching engagements, I customize an offer based on your specific needs after our discovery call. Typically, I provide a proposal with a few options for you to choose from.
As an initial pricing indication, my coaching packages generally range from 699 euros up to 3500 euros (net) for a 3 to 6-month engagement period, depending on the frequency of the sessions.
