My Mission

My mission is to empower through coaching my clients to lead their career and life with confidence, resilience and authenticity.

A few words about me

I am an international Portuguese woman, who grew-up in Paris and lived in several europrean countries. I worked a lot globally as well as with North America.
I speak fluently French, Portuguese, German and English.
I currently live in Munich.

I am dynamic, energetic, and optimistic, known to bring fun to the workplace.

Leading “through change” is my key skill. As a Woman in Tech, I led very large global IT transformations and major workplace change programs.

As a coach, I empower individuals in transition to pursue their goals and happiness. I support them to finally dare to pursue and go after what aligns with them and overcome their “impostors”.

Last but not least, I am a dedicated mother of two teenagers. I value work-life balance, resilience, and finding fulfilment beyond work.

I bring with me over 20 years of corporate experience as an IT transformational leader in multinational corporations. I also possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, further developed through establishing my own coaching practice.

This enables me to deeply understand the pressures faced by both corporate professionals and new entrepreneurs alike. During our coaching sessions, I share my executive insights and observations to the benefit of my clients.

My professional experience helps me to quickly grasp the nuances of my clients circumstances without the need for exhaustive explanations. This allows me to employ laser-focused coaching tactics as I know time is precious.

With a diverse European background and global work experience, I am equipped to navigate international challenges and intercultural dynamics with an open mind and empathy.
